Located between Achimota and Nsawam, Tantra Hill is a residential area in the Ga West District. It is surrounded by other communities including Taifa, Achimota, Dome and Mile 7. It is a quiet neighbourhood with residents mostly migrants from different parts of the country and a neighbourhood for professionals seeking accommodation relatively closer to their workplaces.

Apart from these, there are government-approved driving schools in the area. Example is the Unique Driving School, located near the Ghana Commercial Bank.
Proximity to the Accra-Nsawam road plus the large number of people dwelling in this part of Accra has been a motivating factor for most businesses to open up in this area. Financial institutions in Tantra Hill include GCB, Ecobank, Fidelity Bank, amongst others. Numerous pharmacies, grocery shops, boutiques and among others cater for the needs of these residents. Looking to prepare your favourite local meal? No need to worry because Tantra Hill is close to three markets: Mile 7, Dome and Achimota. These markets offer both local and exotic ingredients that can be used to prepare the meal.
Tantra Community Clinic, Saint John’s Hospital and Fertility Centre, and Aneeja Surgical and Medical Clinic provide consultations to residents living in and around Tantra Hill. Champion Divine Clinic also provides alternative health for residents seeking herbal treatment. They cure infertility, stroke, diabetes and ulcer using herbs.
Bars and restaurants in this neighbourhood include the Anowa Tree Lodge, which provides both lodging and bar.
