The mYouth project – Mobile, Young, Opportunity, Unity, Technology, Help particularly dedicates to provide space for youth where they can benefit from a learner – centered learning via the usage of mobile applications.
Introducing the winners of the mYouth local boot camp for Ghana is CODEF Africa (creators of Mind Aid) and Moja App. From June 20 – July 14, 25 Young app developers from ten different countries will have the unique chance to attend and benefit from the most outstanding and awesome mYouth training camp in Macedonia! The winners from Ghana are doing and incredible job in the Startup scene and we are more than happy to help them benefit from this new learning model.
Who are the winners?
Coming from Ghana to join other young App developers from 10 different countries is creators of Moja App and CODEF Africa. To tell more about these young geniuses, Moja App is a technology driven solution. It uses digital networks to increase reliable blood donation in Ghana to guarantee safe motherhood for a healthy childhood. The Matching feature inside the App allows quick identification and contacting of potential donors in case of emergencies or National disasters, making the App 24/7 availability.
CODEF Africa‘s Mind Aid solution provides mental aid to users. Users can book an appointment through the App to talk about depression, maternal health with an expert and gain access to quality health care services. People often don’t get the mental health help they need because they don’t know where to start, and that’s where MindAid comes in: said Emmanuel Israel Mbalam of CODEF Africa.
We at iSpace expect that the mYouth project will be a beautiful highway to jump start their idea. And after that, only the sky’s the limit.
