Education they say is important. It is the key to every child’s future. Without it, the future looks dark and bleak. Education is also expensive. Even when affordable; it can seem costly to an average Ghanaian. For this reason there is the need for parents and potential mothers to prepare for it. Saving for a child’s future is good but it is even better when you can figure out the answers to some of your burning questions as to the how, where and how much.
The Girls Education Initiative of Ghana, GEIG is an educational organization founded on the premise to provide academic and financial support with special needs so they can access higher education and professional opportunities. GEIG is conversant with the consequences of lack of funding in children’s education. They are therefore hosting and event that seeks to educate parents on how to save for their child’s education and future.
GEIG with the support of Access Bank and the Access will be holding a financial literacy workshop on Saturday November, 28th from 10am-1pm.
