The inaugural creating context event is scheduled to be held on the 12th and 13th of June, 2015 at the auditorium of the Faculty of Law of the University of Ghana, Legon. Planned to be held annually, the interactive learning series seeks to provide support and strengthen ideas for self, career and national development.
The Organizers :#1 Simple Step Ghana Initiative is a pro-citizen political and social reform advocacy and development initiative formed in 2013 and spearheaded by Golda Addo. Since its formation, #1 Simple Step Ghana Initiative has successfully organized six popular and impactful forums which has brought together the best of brains, from young successful CEOs through political leaders to academic luminaries.
Creating Context is a flagship event, the first of a series, scheduled to be held annually. Organized as a learning event, it seeks to provide deeply practical and immediately transformative experience for participants. The main objective for the event is to bring together highly experienced persons with success from their different fields, to interact with and offer lessons practical to individuals in need of context, guidance and support. This, it is believed, will provide solutions for the problem of the wealth of business ideas around versus the insufficiency of fertile spaces to give life to and nurture these ideas, which in turn will significantly reduce the resulting consequences, including migration of skilled labor to ‘greener pastures’ and unemployment.
