It was a breathtaking and a bigger than life experience over the weekend at the just ended Mixology show, organised by Yellow October Events, GHOne TV and powered by VoiceAds.
Attendees were ushered into Ghana’s Independence weekend with a taste of assorted spirits and cocktails at the event.
You could literally savour the mesmerising briny air of the sea!
SandBox Beach Club was the perfect location: the jewel-blue-like colour and gentle rippling waves of the sea combined with the grey clouds and the smell of spicy barbeque air was everything attendees needed to get cosy while they sipped on some of the world’s best cocktails and spirits.
Some of Ghana’s best beverage mixing bartenders and hundreds of participants were in attendance – with cocktails prices ranging from GHC 10 to 15. For every 20 cedi ticket purchased – a FREE cocktail accompanied.
The masterpiece show of elegance and precision in making and mixing cocktails or spirits including “Bloody Mary”, “Martini”, “Margarita”, “Fizz”, “Manhattan”, “Gin”, “Brandy” and others with the right drink ingredients in a pulsing heart atmosphere lured tasting buds to practically ask for more!
And beyond the “Oliver Twist ask for more” moments – one could only try to imagine the fun-filled event enabled partly by both the perfect view of rolling canons and the rhythmic disk jockeying and music by Accra-based Live FM’s DJ Isaac Cool.
